International USPS shipments may have delays of several weeks depending on the availability of flights, and some International USPS shipments may be transported by sea.

Canadian shipments have been taking 4 to 6 weeks for delivery - be advised!

$9.00 USPS Priority Mail flat rate shipping in the USA, buy 10 or 1000 keys & never pay more than $9.00!

Returns Policy

You may return unused items in the condition you received them within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or a store credit.

We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective key).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

If you are having issues at checkout and getting an error message that we don't ship to your location please clear the cache and history of your browser and checkout again, This will solve most checkout issues.

All of our orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service with tracking- Smaller orders are shipped USPS First Class mail in a padded mailer and larger orders are shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, but orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

International shipments

We presently only ship to the US and Canada. We may be adding additional international locations in the future, Contact us with any questions.

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, brokerage and/or other fees depending on the importing country's laws. The recipient of the package is responsible for all fees associating with importing products from the United States as well as arranging for brokerage if required.
